Lt. Governor Spencer Cox wins Utah’s Republican gubernatorial primary

The stakes: 

In Utah, Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox gained a competitive Republican primary to switch three-term Gov. Gary Herbert, who’s declining to run for a fourth time period and stepping down from workplace subsequent 12 months.
